A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

On behalf of all present members I invite you to join ACHPER. As professionals, we are concerned to further the interests of our professions, promote healthy lifestyles for all Australians and to benefit the community as a whole. Individual efforts can be effective, but a collective professional voice is stronger. ACHPER, as the peak national body, provides you with the opportunity to address issues of local and national concern. You meet other professional people in your areas of interest, networks are more efficient and you become more aware of 'what is going on'.

ACHPER needs your membership and active participation to support a strong professional lobby to further the interests of our professions.

As a matter of professional commitment, I encourage you to become a member.
